The portal, which is based on Odoo software, is yet another initiative in our quest for enhanced transparency, and the fulfillment of the promise to our stakeholders of embracing sustainable and ethical business practices in our day-to-day operation.
The portal will become our main communication tool in sending out quotations, receiving order confirmations and sharing the progress on order fulfillment until shipment or delivery. It will also be the main instrument in creating tenders for suppliers of products and shipping services, which assures best practices in serving you, our customer.
In addition, it will provide you with access to all historical data at a glance, while the portal also serves as a tool to provide monthly price updates, specific market and price trend information, and keep you up-to-date with regards to progress of our sustainability goals.
