NATURA AROMATIK MILESTONES

2014
FOUNDED
Natura Aromatik was established in 2014 and started its operations in 2015, with the factory located in Solo and a representative office in Jakarta.

2017
INTERNATIONAL FUNDING
Natura Aromatik secured
International funding to support its growth by doubling the production capacity for Aroma Chemicals and tripling the production capacity for Essential Oils. 


2018
CERTIFICATION
Natura Aromatik secured
International funding to support its growth by doubling the production capacity for Aroma Chemicals and tripling the production capacity for Essential Oils. 

2020
ERP IMPLEMENTATION
In its drive for operational efficiency, transparency, and compliance, Natura Aromatik initiated an end-to-end integrated ERP implementation to digitize its back-office operations and access real-time operational and critical management information to help optimize its business performance.

2021

Natura Aromatik achieved its best performance yet, leveraging growth in its international customer base of 60%, spanning 17
countries and 6 of the Top 10 players in the Flavors and Fragrances Industry. The cost structure saw a reduction of 30%.

2024
OWNERSHIP TRANSITION
Natura Aromatik succesfully transitioned ownership from Capsquare Asia Partners to Indika Nature. This change marks the start of an exciting new chapter for Natura Aromatik, one focused on achieving accelerated sustainable growth while continuing to uphold our core values of integrity, transparency, and ethical business practices. We look forward to the future with great optimism and enthusiasm.

Since 2020, sustainable, transparent, and ethical business practices have become an integral part of how we run our company. Besides the fact that it reflects the moral compass of our management, employees, and business partners, it gives us a sense of purpose that what we do in Natura Aromatik, is bigger than ourselves. 

Over the past years, we have come to realize that many of our global customers join us in this journey and support many of our sustainability initiatives. 


CERTIFICATION

A critical aspect of the Flavor & Fragrances Industry is that our natural ingredients are used in applications that eventually find their way into the hands of human beings that consume these products. Safety and health are therefore critical and require constant verification against internationally accepted standards. 

The many quality, sustainability, and food safety certifications are proof of our efforts to improve our products and services to our customers and end consumers. 

WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTION

Our global customer base has grown exponentially over the years and we are proud that it now covers 24 countries worldwide and keeps on expanding. 

Last year we managed to increase our customer base by 60% and are now transacting with 7 of the top 10 F&F companies in the world. 

MARKET GROWTH

The year 2020 and 2021 have been challenging in so many ways, but the agile, positive and collaborative attitude of our customers has been enlightening. 

We have learned that by working together and communicating even more frequently and transparently with our customers,  we can achieve positive outcomes, with both parties coming out on top. 

FINANCIAL GROWTH

In 2021 Natura Aromatik saw its best performance to date and we continue this upward trend also in 1H 2022. 

We see this as a testament that our investments in the competencies and positive determination of our employees are paying off in a way that is also recognized by our customers, who continue to give us their trust and support.
