Responsibilities
- Development and Management of Compensation & Benefits Systems
- Management of BPJS Health and Employment
- Management and Reporting of PPh 21
- Analysis and Reporting
- Compliance and Regulation
- Employee Communication and Education
Must Have
- Bachelor of Accounting / Law / HR Management
- Experience in the same field Min. 3 years
- Max. Age 35 years
- In-depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits
- In-depth knowledge of BPJS Health and Employment
- Understanding of employment and tax regulations
- Skills in using HRIS and payroll software
