Responsible for managing and developing compensation and benefits programs for employees in an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Development and Management of Compensation & Benefits Systems
  • Management of BPJS Health and Employment
  • Management and Reporting of PPh 21
  • Analysis and Reporting
  • Compliance and Regulation
  • Employee Communication and Education

Must Have

  • Bachelor of Accounting / Law / HR Management
  • Experience in the same field Min. 3 years
  • Max. Age 35 years
  • In-depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits
  • In-depth knowledge of BPJS Health and Employment
  • Understanding of employment and tax regulations
  • Skills in using HRIS and payroll software

  • Able to manage administration and documentation
